Animal Husbandry

You will actualize the importance that animals play in the life of the farm and in the fabric of the community. Cows, sheep, and chickens are raised responsibly on the Duryea Farm, and they provide dairy products and eggs for the entire Threefold Community used in the kitchens and bakeries. You will acquire skills in organizing the cow barn and ensuring a healthy environment for the animals. You will also learn how to integrate horses with other farm animals, implementing grazing rotations that harmonize with cultivated fields.

Hike

Fitness Hike: We have several easy hikes on our 200 acre campus. At first, Participants learn about preparation for hiking including food, water, and trail planning.
